FRAIBORG - The Royal Kingdom of Trimblestan Department of Foreign Affairs have signed an agreement with the Asian micronation of Democratic Cordinia, tonight 30 August 2016. The pact, signed by each nation's head of state, outlines a future strategic development program between the two states. The agreement specifies assistance partnerships in cultural, defensive, economic, and other fields.
"This is a historic day for our great nation," declared The Sovereign, His Majesty The King Andre I. "Never before has our sovereignty been recognized by the international community. We would like to thank the People's Elected Leader of Democratic Cordinia for offering this gesture. The Royal Kingdom of Trimblestan is proud to have found common ground in our discourse and negotiations with Democratic Cordinia to provide the best for the citizens and non-citizen residents of our nations."
The signing was attended by People's Elected Leader Anthony Cordina representing Democratic Cordinia and The Sovereign, His Majesty The King Andre I of the Royal Kingdom of Trimblestan. To avoid possible allegations, the agreement was neither signed in Democratic Cordinia nor the Royal Kingdom of Trimblestan.
